With experience in areas such as not-for-profit management, finance, medicine, business development, strategic planning, information technology, education, psychology, entrepreneurship, research, industrial operations, and accounting, we believe that we have the right people to guide the Foundation toward achieving its mission. Program Committees
To initiate the Foundation's core activities the following four committees are charged to advance networking with young professionals, programs and awards, industry relations, and student mentoring services.
Leadership Conference Committee

The leaders of the Member Network Committee support the planning and implementation of activities related to recruiting and engaging the Foundation's volunteers. It provides oversight of the PSF Leadership Conference, STEM Leaders Profiles, and various educational and business networking activities that involve the Foundation's member network.
Programs & Awards Committee

The Programs & Awards Committee is charged to grow the STEM workforce pipeline through the development of foundation services and awards programs that utilize our network of young professionals. This Committee also identifies and develops partnerships with organizations that mentor students towards careers that require advanced STEM skills and build a culture of community service.

The Foundation Relations Committee supports the activities related to increasing the number and quality of the Foundation's partnerships with industry and other public and private organizations with missions that are closely allied with the Foundation. It also provides oversight of the PSF Workforce Partnership Roundtable and STEM Vision programs.
Mentoring Taskforce

The Mentoring Taskforce will assess the feasibility of establishing Foundation operated student mentoring services. They will develop recommendations to the Board of Directors that include the business and operational requirements for these services.
